PN1 search

Good afternoon I have recently applied for 2 PN1 searches. I have just received an email from the email address "pn1searches@landregistry.gov.uk" with a protected message. I would just like to check whether this is how these search results are now sent out before I click on the link. I have not received them in this way before. Many thanks Jess

Good Afternoon Jessica - Land Charges aren't part of this forum so I have no direct knowledge of how the process works or results are issued. However as you have a @landregistry.gov.uk message and IOPN (PN1) searches are 'protected' it's not something I would see as a risk. Email them at LandCharges.CustomerTeam@landregistry.gov.uk to confirm if you need more
