Title deeds change, removal of charge

Hi, I am executor of my mothers estate, which comprises 50% of a property. I have applied to hmlr to have a charge removed,m from the title  deeds,supported by documentation from BVD, but have heard nothing. The address is 22 Belmont Road GL5 1HH. Many thanks

We don't have a record on the system of receiving an application from you but if you have sent it recently, there are sometimes delays in the application being scanned onto our systems. If you have entered an email address on the AP1, you should receive an email confirming receipt.

Hi Sara - Irrespective of who has lodges it, the application would be shown against the relevant title. 

As my colleague advised, there is no application against the title GR189695, being the freehold title of the property.
