Using trustees in Will

As above, can we use a Will of deceased joint proprietor with probate to appoint new trustee to the registered freehold title to overreach and comply with the form A restriction on the sale. There are several trustees, but we only need to appoint one.

Amit - we don't rely on wills in such cases but on a certified/official copy of the death certificate. And if selling then see PG 21 section 6 for options re appointing a co-trustee and then transferring (selling)
