Tenants in common

I have sent application forms for three properties to be changed from joint owners to tenants in common. These were sent in June of this year and I have heard nothing regarding the progress.

I would be most grateful for an update on the status of the above

Linda - we received forms SEV in April (for the first title) and in June (for all 3 titles) and they are waiting to be processed. There are lengthy wait times but once processing starts the casework team will contact the applicant(s) as appropriate. Please wait for that contact 
The severance/update is protected from the date of receipt by us 

Thanks Adam, yes we re-applied for one having realised we missed off some vital info on the first one application.
We’ve since realised that 18 Deacon Place -BM253750 has a registered part owner not included on the application. Should we contact the relevant department with the additional info or start a new application please?

Linda - the form SEV has been completed by just two of the three registered owners. I would suggest submitting a fresh form SEV that includes all three names and signatories. Or wait for processing to start and respond to any request issued
