BK163952 - removal of entry C3.

Hello, we need to remove an entry relating to a right to pre-emption which itself states it expires on 29 September 1999 (C3). Can this be done by AP1 or can we just email land registry to remove it.

Amit - Any update of a registered title requires an application to be submitted to HM Land Registry.  We cannot just remove an entry on our own accord or accept instructions by an email.  You will need to submit a form AP1.
