Is there a fee to transfer from trustees to beneficiaries?

If the trustees become the beneficiaries after the death of both parents. Do they need to change status from trustees to beneficiaries, is there a fee to be paid. I guess if they intend to sell it can be left as it is. I Al understand probate will not be required to transfer the house deed. Thanks
