Old equitable charge (2010) - creditor company now dormant - how to remove?

The house is being sold but there is an old equitable charge (interim charging order)  in favour of Close Asset Finance Limited T/A One Business Finance  which is now a dormant company and not getting a response .  What can we do to remove it? 

Joanna - you can apply using a form CN1 plus supporting evidence to show that the charge has been repaid and discharged or the order dismissed by the court. I'd recommend seeking legal advice to ascertain how such a charging order works re a 'dormant' company
