Search for the content of a covenant

From a Register of Title, it appears:
"The Transfer to the proprietor contains a covenant to observe and perform the covenants referred to in the Charges Register and of indemnity in respect thereof."
Can I receive a copy of such a covenant from HM Land?

Kenneth - the covenants are either set out in the Charges Register as stated or 'filed'. If the Charges Register entry states 'Copy filed' for example then you can apply by post for a copy Get information about property and land: Get a copy of the deeds - GOV.UK
