Urgent financial hardship

Enquiry Reference: 260701-6383826 Application Reference: LA7844E Title Number: DT492622 Hi there. I have bridging loan due for repayment imminently and I’m connected in the above property chain. There’s a pending expedited enquiry that’s been unresolved for circa 6 weeks under the above details. Can you please urgently review this case and advise what is required so I can avoid missing the bridging loan repayment date and potentially placing myself in a very vulnerable position with my property. Please help.

I appreciate you can’t divulge sensitive information but an indication of what’s needed from the lodging solicitor will help me as I fear they aren’t satisfying HMLR requests. I could be wrong. You are going to have to rely on the chain for specific details re ongoing issues and I suspect conveyancer to conveyancer if they are willing to engage as a chain. The conveyancer involved needs to explain what's happening and why to their client and any other affected party as appropriate - appreciate that leaves you in a very difficult position but nothing we can do to advise re the specifics here.
