Urgent update on expedited registration

Dear Suzanne - I am fairly sure it won;t be today as the case needs to be reviewed by a senior officer. I am hopeful that will be possible tomorrow but must wait for the casework team to confirm

Thank you for clarifying the situation at your end that makes sense...I am getting concerned about the timescales at my end, very concerned! If this can be registered today the relief would be immense! but if not then I’m into another month of loan extension costs and interest as well as my new loan facility running out of time..I can’t stress enough how much of a financial impact this would have by going over this timeframe, if you could update me with any information you can I’d be very very grateful.

Dear Suzanne - we still don't have all the required information. The casework team have gone back to the conveyancer and they have responded to say that they will provide the missing details lager today. If they do then we should hopefully be able to complete matters

Thank you for the update, I have passed this over to my lawyer and asked him to chase GH, fingers crossed they don’t send the required information at 5pm...holding my breath here..I’m very grateful for all of your help, very much so.

Suzanne - the complexities involved mean it needs to be referred to one of our lawyers to consider. The casework team are still aware of the urgency and I will update you again as soon as I can but suspect that won't be until the morning

Suzanne - profuse apologies as I misled you. The application has been completed now and the registers updated/created. The conveyancer has been informed and the informaiton is available online
