Hi Nicki - Our Price paid data is derived from all residential property transactions registered with HM Land Registry since January 1995. We did not record the price paid information prior to that, which means if you require information before that period you would have to identify which properties may have been sold at the time and then obtain the relevant Transfer / Conveyance deed to obtain the price paid information.
Apart from being time consuming and costly exercise, the additional difficulty is most of our titles were not computerised at the time so the information will not be easily available.
I would suggest you use the
Contact form on our website and ask our Customer Support if they would be able to identify any properties that may have changed hands at the time.
