Splitting deed and registering new builds

Hi,
My parents currently own a property outright with no charges against the title. I have built 2 new property’s (semi-detached) in the the garden and I’m wondering what forms we need to complete to split the deed and register the new properties (one will be in my name and the other will be in another family members name).

Hi Joshua - there are a few similar threads on the forum which have the guidance on how to apply to split a title. This one explains the basics 

I would add that splitting a large title isn't usually necessary if you are transferring the respective parts. The splits will occur naturally when you complete the transfer application(s)
