A neighbour opposite to me is fencing off land next to his property which is impeding my view on green space, he is not purchasing the land, which he has admitted, but fencing it to claim in the future. What ,if anything can I do.

Jackie - seek legal advice and contact the landowner as it is the latter who are best placed to protect their own land
Search for land and property information - GOV.UK and
Searching for the owner of unregistered land – HM Land Registry may assist you in identifying who owns the land

Hi Adam, I have been given some details of a “caution” on the land but don’t have contact details for the cautioned, would the land registry help to contact the owner?

Hi Jackie - I have responded to your further post in the absence of my colleague.

What Caution details you have been provided? Is there a title number, and if so, can you give that to me so that I can check before responding to your question?
