Anglian water think I own another property which I dont

Had a letter from AW this week telling me someone has moved into a flat I own. The name of the flat is similar to my house name. They said Land registry gave them this info. Any ideas?!

My address is Highlands main road Swardeston NR14 8AD The address of the flat I do not own is flat 3 Highfields garage main road Swardeston.

Adelle - many thanks but there's no obvious connection between the two registered titles and the data we gold so one to query further with AW
The Flat 3 address isn't one we have in our database either as there's a Highfield Garage and Flats 1,2 and 3 Highfields Court NR14 8DN but they are all under a single title owned by the Garage company itself.
