LPA attorney signing TR1

We have a purchase where seller's LPA attorney is signing the TR1. As the LPA was registered in 2019, do we need to get any declaration of non-revocation as we might do for normal PoAs (after 12 months from creation). The practice guide does not seem to be clear on this.

Amit Sharma - If the LPA is registered with Office of Public Guardian then we would not require any declaration of non-revocation.
