Mistake done in HR1 application form

Hello, 

By mistake I have sent incomplete HR1 application form. Can I send newly filled application? Will the wrong application effect my 
​​​Home rights?  

 

Hello Alsana - you can send a new completed form. What's the title number please so I can perhaps see what we've done with the first one?

Hello, 

I received an email saying that the processing time takes till 15th January 2026. My husband wants a divorce and I'm a victim of domestic violence, I was moved to a refuge. My question is  can my husband sell, gift or remortgage before applying to divorce? As I fled from my house, I don't have any documents to apply for expedite my application. 

Hello Alsana - receipt of your application protects your rights. Any potential buyer/lender will check the land register before buying and it would be extremely rare for them to then complete on the purchase/mortgage whilst your rights remain in play.
Once a divorce is finalised then the Notice protecting your rights can be removed and a sale/mortgage can then proceed

My application has been sent to fill Panel 7 and (Panel 9) also states I have applied home rights notice against another property but I haven't applied notice against another property. I am really confused, could you please help me on this?

Alsana - you have not completed panel 9 on the form so you need to tick or cross the box marked NO in panel 9
