is it possible to obtain the N379 submitted by a creditor in respect of a charging order registered against a title

John - unaware if anything called N379 submitted when registering a charging order. Often only a copy of the order is submitted with the appropriate form to update the register https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/charging-orders/practice-guide-76-charging-orders

John - that's the form you use to apply to the court, not HMLR. You need to check the register to confirm how the charging order has been protected - https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry Or apply by post for a copy of the charging order if you know the specific details - https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-property-and-land/copies-of-deeds
