Z901XFV/CL387214 Hello, I understand that my case has been opened with your solicitor team with a view to it being escalated as there is housing fraud being done by someone on my Dad's property. I responded to your last letter on 4th June, but I have not received any acknowledgement or update since sending it. The Royal Mail service in our area is extremely poor, and I have checked my PO Box and have not received any correspondence. I also previously requested that all letters be copied to me by email, but I have not received anything electronically. Could you please confirm whether any updates or responses have been sent to me? If no responses have been issued, I would be grateful if you could acknowledge receipt of my most recent letter, which was sent on 4 June by Special Recorded Delivery. If any correspondence has been sent, please could you resend it to me by email, as this matter has now been ongoing for some time and I am concerned about the lack of communication. Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
