Hello I am currently in the process of selling my property, I own the freehold of the property (purchased in December 2020) and as I am trying to sell I have discovered that my freehold  (MAN418280) is subject to a leasehold that I believe to be bona vacantia. The lease number is MAN203408 - and registered to McCaul's (Canal Point) Ltd (08806052) which was dissolved in March 2020. I am trying to work out if the lease my freehold is subject to bona vacantia and if it can be extinguished from my freehold as my buyer won't proceed unless this is resolved. I also own Superior Leasehold title – MAN372427 Leasehold title - MAN233412. My solicitor is talking to LR about this but no one can seem to work out how to resolve this. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Thank you Nimish. I have contacted the Duchy of Lancaster’s solicitors to see if it is BV. I will use this guidance if so, thank you for your reply.
