copy of a TR1 that doesn't show on the Register

I need to obtain a copy of a TR1 that was registered when the property was purchased in 2018 as I believe it provided details of the shares that a property was held under by the joint proprietors.  Is this possible?  It is not a filed document according to the Official Copy entries of the title.
