Old Title Registry

Hi 

I owned a property (terraced house) in 2004 to 2006. I sold the property in 2006. I was wondering can I obtain the historic title registry of the property showing my ownership for that period e.g. from 2004 to 2006? 
If yes, what is the process of obtaining this historic document and the associated fees?
