Joint ownership to single

Myself and mother own Our home jointly she died a few years ago and I have a copy of her will leaving me her half of our home . What do I need to do to take her name of the deeds and put my wife’s name on with mine and also put the full house in our names 

Christine - you need to transfer the legal ownership and submit a certified copy of her death certificate as well.
