Check when mortgage paid off

Hello, I have finally paid off my mortgage, and would like to get the certificate or paperwork from the Land Registry. I have the reference number of the documents, but there aren't any coming up on my search. What should I do please?

Jane - I assume by reference you mean the title number. If nothing coming up try searching by address instead
