Title Plan does not reflect charges as shown Charges Register

My Title Plan does not reflect charges as shown Charges Register. Two elements that do not appear are , Title refers to the land “tinted pink on the title plan” but there is no such colouring also title also refers to an electricity sub-station as being “edged blue” but again there is no such colouring.
Any information appreciated.
