Hi, We are days away from exchanging and it's been noted on our title deed that the previous solicitors spelt my middle mane with out the 'e' on the end (Ann instead of Anne). I logged a form and submitted my Id signed by chartered accountant as it said on the website but recieved an email today to fill out one of 2 other forms and provide deed poll proof of change of name or some other evidence. My name has never changed it has just been misspelled by the solicitors! How can we get this resolved ASAP please as I am not willing to pay £185+vat for a previous solicitor entering my name wrong as it wasn't my error! It's also holding up our sale. Thanks Paula

Hi Paula-Anne Many thanks and I see you have replied in the same vein to the request issued as a result of your initial enquiry. THe reference to deed poll etc is simply standard text options and may not be applicable in your specific scenario<br> The support team will review that and respond as appropriate with further guidance and I'll add a note to that to assist. I can't do more via the forum - sorry
