Ecovision

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. We niavely got a new boiler with Ecovision a few years ago not realising that there would be a restriction on the title deads. We decided this year to move house so at the end of March paid the balance of what was owing with Ecovision. Our house was sold in April and our offer on another house was accepted. We are now at the very end before contracts are exchanged and the title deeds have come back with Ecovision still on them. We have been in touch with them who said that they had removed the notice and ask Land Registry to expedite this which they agreed they would do. We are at ours wits end now, all the house is packed ready to go and now I'm worried that everything could fall through. Please help.

Marie - that application was completed yesterday so the updated register is available online. No restriction now
