Registered property title 'information not available'

Hello,
We need to check that an easement is registered on our neighbour's deeds.
The neighbours purchased the property 2 years ago, so the property should have been registered by now.
However, the title is not accessible on the Land Search (result "We cannot show information for XXX This service is new and some information is not available here yet.")
Is it possible to confirm that this property has been registered, and that this is not an error? (It seems unlikely that it would take 2 years to register land).

Hello Martin - wait times can be lengthy for 'new' title registrations so 2 years since completion is possible.
What's the postal address/plot number?
