Hi all, <div></div> <div>I’m in the process of remortgage property at 108 Griffin Street, Blackburn BB2 2PD (Title Number: LA394401), and I’ve already received a mortgage offer. However, when we were ready to complete, my conveyancing solicitor informed me that there is a pending application against the title deeds to be completed at HM Land Registry, which is preventing completion from going ahead.</div>

Hi Sahir - there is indeed and it's one to transfer the ownership into the new owners' names. It was submitted in early April; expedited on 16th July; partially processed but incomplete; conveyancer contacted with request for more and they responded on 17th. However there's still more required and they are chasing that it seems with a third party<br> I'm sure the conveyancer who submitted the application can confirm <br> LA394401

Hi Adam, <div></div> <div>I hope you're well. I'm just checking in to see if there has been any progress on my application.</div> <div></div> <div>My conveyancer has informed me that they have responded to the requisition and that the matter has been dealt with on their end. They also mentioned that the seller’s conveyancer is currently liaising with the bank to formally remove their client’s existing charge.</div> <div></div> <div>Could you please confirm whether that discharge has now been received and if there are any further updates?</div>
