Hi, I’m hoping that someone can help me.
We’ve (Not everyday, but still) Until gone midnight sometimes.
When I spoke to the council I also mentioned to them that our neighbours have a sign on their front door which suggests to delivery drivers that we are thieves and that we steal their parcels which is categorically untrue and has come off some misinformation from the lady we bought our house off. The council has stated to me that they aren’t able to provide details for the landlord however if we purchase A copy of the deed from land registry and that Wood have contact information for their landlord. If I commit to paying for this, I just wanted to doublecheck that that’s correct and also whereabouts I would be able to find The Information on the paperwork. I am at my wits end. Thank you

Hi Chloe - the register will confirm the legal ownership. If the neighbours are renting then the landlord will be the legal registered owner. The owner has to provide us with a contact address but not a phone number. That's their responsibility and some may use the property address itself but only way to check/be sure would be to check the register
