What is Fundus?

Fundus is land extending out from a property into a waterway

Thanks for the info, Adam. I know that fundus is peculiar to us here in Point and Penpol and some creekside properties have their fundus registered and some don't ... mine isn't and what with some illegal activities that have happened of late I think it prudent to have my fundus registered. Anyway, I'll seek legal assistance although finding a specialist marine solicitor might prove a challenge !&#160; &#160;&#160;
