Hi
My partner has applied the Home Right Notice on my 2 properties at a time. Its clearly mentioned on GOV and Land registry site that civil partner can apply for Home Right Notice only on one property which is main home.

Can you please guide me how can I request to remove the Home Right Notice from my second property ?

Thanks

Also, want to know does it come under miss leading (under section 1 of the Fraud Act 2006) to apply for Home Right Notice to more than one property ?

Hi Kashif - you can apply to cancel the Notice using form HR4. No fee and postal application
You'll need legal advice as to whether her application(s) offended the Fraud Act you refer to.

Kashif - you can apply by post using forms OC2. Cost £7 per copy payable by cheque/postal order to HM Land Registry
