Housing Maintenance Fees

Good Afternoon, 

I am a house owner who is paying enormous amounts of money to a maintenance company that do no work on our estate.
I would like to know how to opt out of this? There must be a way.
It is written in the deeds however surely this can be changed? 
I would really really like some advice on this one as they have charged me £200+ (that I paid on 31st August and they are now asking for £200+ more! 
Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Morning Oliver - it's legal advice you need here with regards both your own and your management company's obligations. These are normally explained in the plot Transfer/Lease from the developer to the first buyer and any release of said obligations would most likely rely on the Management Co agreeing and being party to a legal deed
May also be worth discussing with your neighbours who are presumably in the same position re maintenance etc
