I am in the process of selling my mothers house using the registered LPA which empowers me to do so as her attorney. I have a copy of the LPA which is stamped, dated and signed by the solicitor (who holds the original) on every page with the wording of the stamp being "I hereby certify that this is a true and complete copy of the original". However the solicitor managing the sale is telling me that this wording would not be acceptable to yourselves and you would reject it. They expect to see the wording "I certify that this is a true and complete copy of the corresponding page of the original lasting power of attorney" which amounts to the same thing from my point of view. Are you able to confirm that you accept certified copies of the LPA and that either wording is equally as acceptable to yourselves?
Thanks in advance.
