We got a requisition on a DS1 this (which cancelled in the end) but this has confused us internally. Can you confirm if there has been any changes in the register from 21 January 2020 when a charge (of same date) was registered to Octopus co-lend limited to present date?

Hi Amit - the register was updated re the lender details on 8th March 2021 hence the mismatch between your DS1 and the current register details. The legal charge was transferred by way of a TR5 on 1st March 2021

Thanks Adam, can you confirm if this is Ore Lending Limited as then we have got correct docs now but confirm if the charge date is still 21 January 2020?
