WHY HAVE THE CHARGES NOT BEEN REMOVED

I have a number of charges on my property  , these have all been paid off  but  are still there  after  in some cases  6 or more months, My solicitor has contacted the land registry  to expedite things as they are holding up the sale of my property,  what  can I do  to  get these charges  and unilateral notices removed  more quickly ?

Bernard - I suspect nothing if the applications have been expedited and partially processed. The applications will be processed in order and some will require wider checks to complete such as contacting the lender to confirm removal. Your conveyancer should be able to track such progress online for you
