We got a requisition based on the error of the e-services system generated AP1 Ref T909LXS, part of the response was for me to respond with a paper AP1, happy to correct the system version but it seems there is no way to do that. It seems nonsensical to now submit an old form AP1 to correct a system one. Please could we get an email address for Flyde Office to discuss way forward. We can deal with the other issues with the ID1s on file as we have scans.

Amit - you'll need to use the reply to reqn option to respond and raise any issues you have re the request and delivery channel/method
