Home rights removal update

Good day,<br> <br> I applied for home rights removal from my title in May 2025 and was sent the email below. I heard from Sue about moving my application to expedite but not heard anything since. What is the update please.<br> &#160; <p data-olk-copy-source=MessageBody>Dear customer,</p> <p>We received the application for Title LL381408 on 07 May 2025.</p> <p>Our reference for this application is N773HWT.</p> <h3>When will the application be completed?</h3> <p>We estimate it will be completed by 12 September 2025, based on the application type.</p>

Godfrey - the application is currently waiting for consideration by one of our lawyers as the cancellation is based on an alleged error in the registration of the original Notice.&nbsp;<br> I'll ask the casework team for an update and will share once I have more details<br> LL381408&nbsp;

Good afternoon Adam, is there any updates please as it has been more than four months (and gone past the date given by the Land Registry) and i need to completely finish off staircasing and have a revised Title deed with various charges removed. I will be finishing my contract here end of the month, so will be headed home and need resolution on this matter.<br> <br> Many thanks,

Good Afternoon Godfrey - the case has completed it's referral to one of our lawyers and is now back with the casework team to take next steps. That involves contacting the beneficiary of the notice to inform them of the application and allow them time to then respond as appropriate. They will be given time (3 weeks) to respond<br> I'll flag with the casework team to ensure the notification is issued asap<br> LL381408&#160;

Good Morning Godfrey - the application remains with us and we have now received a response to the notice as issued to the beneficiary.
