Am i able to OR how do I obtain, the conveyance document from 1993 for a property adjacent to land I own? Also would there also be a similar document when a co-owner was added to the title in 2002?

Roger - you can apply by post for a copy of a 'filed' deed - Get information about property and land: Get a copy of the deeds - GOV.UK
If a co-owner was added at some point then there would be a Transfer on file and you cna order a copy of that in the same way

Thank you Adam,
What is the turnaround time for a deed when applying by post, and what is the cost?

Is this type of document more readily available via a solicitor? I am about to instruct one to deal with a boundary dispute but feel sight of the transfer in 1993 will support my claim of where the boundary should be.

Roger - OC2 applications are generally processed within 2/3 days. They can be as the solicitor will usually be able to request copies through a secure portal. For example if the 1993 Transfer was the original plot transfer and referred to as 'filed' then that would be available to them immediately.

Thanks again Adam.  Not sure I fully follow about the access to filed documents. In this case I think the first transfer was in 1991(which I have a copy of). Then transferred in again after conversion of  a barn in 1993. If both are the same i believe it will bolster my boundary challenge. I am assuming subsequent transfers are also filed

Roger - by filed I mean referred to in the register as being 'filed' - for example entry refers to a specific deed and then has a note that states "Copy filed"
Once a title is registered any subsequent application and accompanying deeds/documents that are then retained will be scanned and stored as appropriate. Copies of these can also be requested by post as explained
If you are unsure as to what we actually have on record then please use our Contact form and provide the specific details inc title number. The Support team can then respond and advise as appropriate - Public guidance: dealing with land and property - GOV.UK
