AP1 form - are transferees also considered an applicant

I am using an AP1 form to transfer title from sole ownership to joint tenancy.

1. In box 6, do I include both transferor and transferee names as applicants;  AND
2. in box 15 do both of us have to sign as applicants in the same box?

Annie - 1. Yes and 2. If you are both applying (panel 7) then yes, both sign but if just one fo you applying (panel 7) then just that one to sign
