K V - the casework team are about to write out to the conveyancer and registered own to explain what we propose to do re the titles involved. They will be given time (3 weeks) to consent/object as appropriate.

Thank you for this. How do we respond - will it be email or post?
Many thanks

K V - they respond as directed in the letters yet to be issued/received. If you try and circumvent the process then that can result in additional delay so please wait until the notifications are received, read and understood before responding as per the instructions provided.

K V - correct

Hi,

Stephen has responded by next day delivery with his agreement.
I have just spoken to Cunningtons and they seem to think they don't need to respond and they just wait the 3 weeks for the time to run out.  Surely this is incorrect and they need to respond to hasten this up, as my buyers will not wait 3 weeks.  If Cunningtons respond to agree (as myself and Angela Canham do agree to the change), will that speed the process up?

Many thanks

Katie

Hi K V - whilst we have explained that we assume that they have no objection to the proposed changes we have allowed them time to actually object. If they agree to the proposals then it would need them to respond now and not wait for the 3 weeks to pass.
They don't have to but it would obviously help your own timescale if they did

Thanks so much Adam, Cunningtons are dealing with this matter for myself (Katie) and Angela, so we will instruct them to respond asap with our agreement.

Appreciate your fast reply

K V - all about your instruction then here hence the assumption we had made re no objection from Cunningtons as they act for you both. It probably would have helped if we'd made that a tad clearer for them re a need to respond if an urgency existed

Hello

Many thanks for your replies and help.

Cunningtons have finally agreed to send our agreement (they were adamant we had to wait the three weeks), which should have been done via email.

What happens now please?

KV - I have responded in the absence of my colleague.

We are still waiting for a response to our correspondence of 6 March.

Hello

Cunningtons say they have responded in the last couple of hours, via e-mail.

Mr Gill sent his reply via next day delivery, and it was sent on Monday.

Are you awaiting both or just one?

Many thanks

Hi,
Does it take a little time for the post/email to be uploaded ?

thanks

K V - it needs to be delivered first, then scanned and added to the case. So the bit we can control normally happens within 24/48 hrs of receipt

If via email will that get added in the same timeframe?
sorry for all the questions.

K V - it can be longer if by email as an enquiry and much will depend on what details they provide on submission. They would need to use the right contact channel choice, title number/case reference to give it the best chance of swift action
Qs are fine but these are ones the sender needs to be answering with definite specifics for you. If you know for sure what they have done, when and how then it's far easier to identify and progress at our end.
