Is it possible to respond to request for information by email?

I got a communicaion by email from the person who is handling my title change requests.  Is it possible for me to respond by email, and how?

KC - how to reply would be explained in any communication as received. If the email does not state 'DO NOT REPLY' using this email or similar then I would suggest using our contact form if nothing to attach or post otherwise
