We were due to exchange contracts upon the sale of our property. However, our solicitors have pointed out that an objection has been put on the land registry. We bought the Freehold a few years after we bought the new build property, via the same solicitor. We must wait til the objection lapses’ to then exchange. My worry is that another objection will be placed as apparently this was the case with this one. Has anyone had this experience before?? Many thanks

Colin - objections can be raised as part of the registration process itself. Objections aren’t put on the actual register You are asking for the experiences of others but this forum doesn’t have that type of forum community
