Is it possible to confirm if a TR1 form has been uploaded to remove a charge against a property? We are waiting for this to set a completion date

Maria - a TR1 is a Transfer so would not remove a charge from a register. What's the title number/property address you are trying to confirm please?

Maria - submitted yesterday, expedited and partially processed. It's now with a senior officer to decide if all ok or if more is still required. Would suggest posting again tomorrow to see if there's an update<br> WM78377

Hi Maria - wider checks are now underway with the lender. They have until 26th Sept to respond positively<br> If they don't respond in that time then the application is usually completed 2 days later&nbsp;<br> WM78377
