Updating title deeds with following extension work

I recently extensively extended and re-configured my home, adding extra rooms (bathrooms, Bedrooms, Reception rooms). The overall property boundary remains unchanged, but what do i need to do to update the registry details so that it correctly reflects the new property details.

Hi Lee - nothing. We register the general boundaries (red outline). What lies within that may alter over time but the registered information does not include rooms, bedrooms, extensions etc and nor do we record same.
