Holding charge

Hi....I have been told that in April 2021, an interim holding charge was placed on a property that I jointly own but after checking with the court, the same charging order was discharged in November 2021. 

Can you let me know the best way I can check this out??

Hi Gary - if you want to check the land register you can do so online for a fee https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry 
There’s no direct link between the court and HMLR so a creditor would need to apply to register and/or remove a charging order  https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/charging-orders
