Expedited application- special circumstances

Hi We are purchasing the property with title number BK536403. Our seller bought this property as part exchange and their solicitor has lodged an application to transfer the title and expedited again after answering a requisition raised. Our lender asks that the property registered on seller’s name before exchange and completion. The problem is that we are on notice to vacate our rental property by mid next week and would have no accommodation if there are any more delays. We also have a 2 year old child. We are told that the seller solicitor has already gotten in touch with HM Land Registry to further explain our circumstances and requested to prioritise the application. This post is a desperate attempt to ask for help with our circumstances and if at all it makes a difference to speed up the application processing. Quite worried as a family with our accommodation due to this and any help or information will be appreciated.
