Name Change on Title Record

Hi,<br> <br> A house we bought was at some point known by a previous name.&#160;<br> <br> I'm surprised to see on the title document (Not yet up to date with our owndership) no change of name is recorded in its history.&#160; Out of interest, would a name change typically be reflected in the log on a title document?<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Rob

Hi Rob - No. The register is maintained for current purposes/needs and is not an historical record for example.&nbsp;<br> If a property description changes at any time and an application is made to reflect that, then the register is updated. No mention of the 'change' or old description is shown
