Title number: BM55773<br> <br> How do we remove the restriction on this property? My mother is in a care home and the property will eventually be used for her care fees. My father died nearly 15 years ago and didn’t leave a will, and my sister is the executor of his estate. Is there a particular form that needs to be filled in and/or documents we need to send to you?&#160;

When I bought my property twelve years ago the vendor placed a condition on the Land Registry that if I developed the land within ten years we would ahve to pay an overage charge. The ten years have passed and the condition has expired with no development taking place but the condition is still on our land registry. How do I get it removed?&#160;
