FR1 for unregistered land

We are doing an FR1 application, the property changed from numbering between 1950-1963 but the local authority records go back to 1974 only. A Deed from 1963 confirms a numbering change, will that be sufficient to retain root continuance? Also we are doing the application for a estate after death of the sole proprietor, I presume we can put the property into the executors names?

Amit - Without having a sight of the application and the supporting evidence it would not be appropriate to say if it will sufficient for root of the title.  Similarly, it is not for us to say in whose names the property should be registered.  That is for the applicants and their legal representatives to decide.
