<p>Leonard - such a movement would be something for the neighbouring landowners to discuss and agree upon if a dispute is to be avoided.</p> <p>If you are a HA tenant you'd have to look at the terms of your tenancy to see if you have any say in such matters or raise it with the HA directly</p>
